Gentleman Taxi offers dependable taxi town cars and van transportation services every day in Richmond and central Virginia. We offer clean smoke free Town Cars and vans with courteous, English-speaking drivers. We also network with drivers who can speak other languages. Our taxis will be there on time and get you to your destination.
Reservations and major credit cards are gladly accepted. We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and have an "A+" rating. We also have been listed as a "Top Merchant" by the Merchant Circle Network and was recently announced as a new member of the "2011 Merchant Circle of Excellence". This recognition comes from other businesses and customers who have rated us in several areas.
We are the only company in the Richmond Metro area that will give you a ride to the airport for free if we don't show up on time for your early morning airport reservation. You can also find coupons on line everywhere across the Internet. We have discounts ranging from 10% to 20% off regular taxi rates for our military, physically or mentally challenged and senior citizens. OUR MISSION : Our passengers like to know if we have a mission statement. I can not say that we really do as everyday we just want to be our best. We are honest, friendly and trustworthy and desire to have an honest day's pay for an honest day's work. We don't want your business just one time. We want your business every time!
Breakfast: No rooms or meals, but we promise a friendly and safe ride.
Rooms: We are going to need a lot bigger car for that!
Parking: No need to park! We come to you!
Wifi: We are considering this free option currently for our Town Cars, but are holding off until Fall.
Pets: We love all animals, so they are always welcome to travel with you and us.
Families: We have vans that will take up to six passengers and the driver.
Disabled Facilities: We transport many disabled passengers and wheelchairs are generally not an issue. We have not been able to provide a wheelchair lift equipped vehicle as of yet, but are always looking at options for the future.
