We are crazy and obsessive about all things French from the cuisine, to the music we play. Our Auberge Edge of Seattle Cooking School specializes in French Regional cuisine. Most of our Executive Chefs are French, the menus and recipes will often be written in French. We'll even talk about the culture and the way of life. Inshort we try to give you a taste of France and give you the oportunity to experience the French joie de vivre that the French are so famous for.
